1. Sweetness and taste
The sweetness of 50％～60％FOS is 60% of saccharose, The sweetness of 95％FOS is 30% of saccharose, and it has more refreshing and pure taste, without any bad smell.
2. Low calorie
FOS can’t be decomposed by α-amylase、 invertase and maltase，can’t be used as energy by human body, don’t increase blood glucose. FOS’s calorie is only 6.3KJ/g，which is very suitable for patients with diabetes and obesity.
During the temperature of 0℃～70℃，FOS’s viscosity is similar to isomeric sugar，but it will decrease with the increase of temperature.

What’s the product application ?
